Just found out another girl from my freshman dorm passed away. That’s two - two amazing women I lived with for an entire year, gone. Both under 25.
And then my beautiful friend Heidi from Hallmark as well. She was 30.
My heart can’t take much more.

One of the most ‘disordered’ thoughts I struggled with when starting a weight loss journey was looking to see how many calories a food had for the purpose of finding out which foods had too many calories.

What’s beautiful about living a healthy lifestyle, focusing on health, is that now I look at food as fuel, and I judge it based on whether it has enough calories.
